Journeys are automated sequences with messages and various actions that are strategically designed to guide individuals through a series of personalized interactions, aiming to achieve specific business objectives.
Step 1: Go to the template you want to edit in the Templates section on the left panel of Mailmodo dashboard.
Use the drag-and-drop functionality to add elements to the builder. Connect the components with links and complete the desired journey.
Updating new contact list in the published journey:
The See Preview option in Activity Logs and View status option in Test Journey enables you to view the journey path of the contacts. traversed by the contact will be shown
