How to cancel your plan subscription?

If you feel our services do not fit your needs, you can cancel your plan subscription anytime.

What happens when you schedule a cancellation?

1. Your account subscription will be cancelled on the next date of renewal. 

2. You may continue to use your account till the end of the current billing cycle. 

3. Once cancelled, your subscription will not be auto renewed and we will stop recurring payment for your card.

4. Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to use Mailmodo.

How to cancel your plan subscription?

If you are the primary account owner, you can initiate the cancellation process from the plan settings.

Step 1- Navigate to settings> Plans> Cancel subscription> Schedule cancelation

Step 2- When you click on schedule cancellation, you will see a confirmation modal. Enter the reason for cancellation. If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, type "CANCEL" in the text field.

Step 3- Upon confirmation, your plan subscription will be scheduled for cancelation.

What happens to existing workflows after your plan is cancelled?

1. You will no longer be able to use Mailmodo.

2. All running journeys will be cancelled.

3. All running transactional campaigns will stop working.

4. All active integrations will be deactivated.

5. All team members will be removed.

6. API calls will return error response.

7. Dynamic segments will be archived.

8. Any campaigns scheduled for the future (which were supposed to be sent after cancellation date) will be canceled.
