To make digital payments in India more safe and secure, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is requiring AFA authorization for recurring online payments made using credit and debit cards. This mandate is effective as of October 1, 2021. please refer to the 

To facilitate payment and to minimize business disruption, we will renew your subscription even when we are not able to automatically charge your card. You will receive an email notifications asking you to pay the invoices manually. You can also use the link in the message to pay for your pending invoices in case you did not receive the email.

Additionally, you will be asked to set an e-mandate for automatically collecting payments for the future renewal. This will help to avoid inconvenience of making the manual payment every time.

Why are my payments due even when I have already added a card?

Email credits are the number of emails you can send in a month based on your billing plan.

 Every email sent out uses one email credit.

An email credit is used for every mail sent during bulk campaigns, trigger campaigns, and journeys. 

Test mails or test campaigns do not use any email credits. 

The number of email credits you get depends on the plan you get. Mails sent after email credits are exhausted get counted as 

Your current plan, remaining email credits, daily sending limit and date of renewal are all displayed here.  

Cancelling an ongoing campaign will not result in reversal of email credits. Please contact support for the same.

What are email credits in your account ?

What happens when you schedule a cancellation?

1. Your account subscription will be cancelled on the next date of renewal. 

2. You may continue to use your account till the end of the current billing cycle. 

3. Once cancelled, your subscription will 

4. Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to use Mailmodo.

If you are the primary account owner, you can initiate the cancellation process from the plan settings.

Navigate to settings> Plans> Cancel subscription> Schedule cancellation.

When you click on schedule cancellation, you will see a confirmation modal. Enter the reason for cancellation. If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, type "CANCEL" in the text field.

Upon confirmation, your plan subscription will be scheduled for cancellation.

What happens to existing workflows after your plan is cancelled?

1. You will no longer be able to use Mailmodo.

2. All running journeys will be cancelled.

3. All running transactional campaigns will stop working.

4. All active integrations will be deactivated.

8. Any campaigns scheduled for the future (which were supposed to be sent after cancellation date) will be canceled.

 ->You will be redirected to a new portal.

 Choose the required payment method from the available options and enter the details. 

Selecting the new method as Primary will replace your current primary payment method

Voila! you have successfully added and changed the payment method.

2. Steps to modify the existing payment methods to primary/backup

 Choose the payment method that you want to set as 

. Select the method to be the primary or backup method for payment -> Click on
