What Are Email Credits in Your Account ?

Email credits in Mailmodo determine the number of emails you can send based on your subscription plan. Each email sent during campaigns, journeys, or transactional campaigns consumes one credit.
Key Details
1. Usage
- Used For: Bulk campaigns, trigger campaigns, and journeys.
- Exemptions: Test emails or test campaigns do not consume email credits.
2. Plan Limitations
- Your subscription plan defines the number of email credits you get each billing cycle.
- Once your allocated credits are used up, additional emails are considered overages, incurring extra charges.
3. Balance Check
- Go to Settings in your Mailmodo dashboard.
- Select Plans & Billing.
Here, you can see:
- Your current plan details.
- Remaining credits.
- Daily sending limits.
- Renewal date.
Important Notes
- Campaign Cancellations: If you cancel a campaign after it’s sent, email credits used for that campaign will not be refunded. If you believe this was an error, contact Support.
- Validity of Additional Credits: Email credits purchased as add-ons will have a specified validity, as mentioned during the purchase process.
How to Buy Additional Email Credits
If you need more email credits, you can purchase them anytime:
- Navigate to Settings > Plans & Billing.
- Click on Buy Credits.
- Select the desired quantity and complete the payment.
