Why are my payments due even when I have already added a card?

To make digital payments in India more safe and secure, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is requiring AFA authorization for recurring online payments made using credit and debit cards. This mandate is effective as of October 1, 2021. please refer to the   RBI website   for more details.

To facilitate payment and to minimize business disruption, we will renew your subscription even when we are not able to automatically charge your card. You will receive an email notifications asking you to pay the invoices manually. You can also use the link in the message to pay for your pending invoices in case you did not receive the email.

Additionally, you will be asked to set an e-mandate for automatically collecting payments for the future renewal. This will help to avoid inconvenience of making the manual payment every time.
