We are excited to share new updates in our product that'll help you improve your email journeys and campaigns.
We know how difficult it is to create an email template which is why we are excited to share the new updates in our product that'll help you easily create error-free, and high-quality email templates.
Our new template assistant scans your template to look for issues like broken links, missing alt-text, formatting, accessibility issues, etc.
It also provides actionable suggestions that you can implement to fix such issues and create an accessible, error-free, and high-quality email template.
The three main categories of recommendations provided are:
Errors are critical issues that might cause template malfunctions
Warnings are moderate issues that might affect usability of the template.
Suggestions are template refinement ideas to improve design/UX.
You can now use the form submission data from a bulk campaign to trigger multiple personalized flows for different purposes inside a single journey.
Eg: You have sent a bulk campaign with an NPS form in it. Now, you can use the form submission condition to trigger two different email flows within the same journey to be sent out to promoters and detractors, respectively.
Bullet points will now render in the same color as the font to create a cohesive email design
Copy & paste email copy from MS Word and Google Docs while retaining the formatting
Better widget design due to improved default spacing in the NPS and star rating forms
Easily upload your existing HTML and AMP email templates to the platform
Get date and time for the last email triggered for any of your triggered campaigns
Improved undo-redo capabilities to help reverse/redo up to nearly 100 actions
