Adding additional users to your Mailmodo account allows you to collaborate with your team members and manage your email marketing workflows.

What types of users can be added to the account?

There are 2 types of users that can be added to your Mailmodo account:

 They can perform all actions in the account

 They can perform all actions in the account except downloading contacts, managing team members, and managing API keys. You can specify if a user will have limited access during the invitation. 

 Enter the team member’s email address and set permissions

 Your team member will receive an email asking them to Accept Invite & Join Team

Please note that the link in the invitation expires after 7 days and you can always resend the invitation

 On successful registration, they will be added to your team

Please note that if your email is already associated with some account in Mailmodo you will not be asked to set password again. You can login with your existing credentials.

How to delete a team member from the account?

Please note that you need to be a full access user to delete another team member

 Click Delete corresponding to the member you want to remove from the team

After you delete a user, they'll be logged out automatically and you can add another team member to the account as required

In case you have accidentally sent an invitation, you can always delete it post which the invitation link will no longer be valid

Please note that the primary user (initially signed up user) cannot be deleted and users will not be able to delete themselves
Also, if you wish to change a user's access after adding them, please delete the user and invite them again with updated access.

How to add or delete team members from your account?

You can work together by inviting them to your Mailmodo account with specific permissions, all without giving away your login details.

Only Primary user of your Mailmodo account or users with the Full access permission can add users and configure their permissions.

How to edit the users permission or access?

If you wish to change a user's access after adding them, please delete the user and invite them again with updated access. 

To resend an invitation, simply click on the "resend" button next to the user you wish to resend the invite to. Once done, the invitee will receive an email to follow and accept the invitation to join the team.

If you accidentally sent an invitation, you can always delete or cancel it before the user accepts. Once cancelled or deleted, the invitation link in the email will no longer be valid for the invitee.

To beigin with, you need to be a full access user to delete another team member. 

Please note that the primary user (first sign up user) cannot be deleted and invited users will not be able to delete themselves. 

 Click Delete corresponding to the member you want to remove from the team. 

Can I see if someone has rejected my invite?

No, currently the invite remains in the pending status unless accepted and link becomes invalid after 48 hours. So any request that you sent 48 hours ago can be considered as not accepted. 

Add and manage users on your Mailmodo account

In this article, we will discuss how you can manage multiple Mailmodo accounts and switch between them with a single login credential.

Imagine you are a marketing agency that operates multiple Mailmodo accounts for your customers or you are a campaign manager who works for different teams in a large organization. It can become frustrating to remember the password for every account you have access to. However, in Mailmodo, you can access multiple accounts using a single login credential and seamlessly switch between them

To operate multiple Mailmodo accounts using single user credentials you need to first get yourself added as a team member in all the Mailmodo accounts you want access to. So if your email ID is 

 , ask the respective Mailmodo account admins to add you as a team member.

Or, If you are an agency who operates multiple Mailmodo accounts, simply add one of your existing Mailmodo account email to all the other accounts as team member.  

eg If you operate 

 as member in other accounts.

You can also add any active email id to all those accounts as team member and login using that email

If you are adding an email id as team member for the first time you will be asked to set the password and login. However, if your email is already a member of any Mailmodo account or some account exists for that email, you can login using your existing credentials.

In the bottom of navigation bar click on your profile icon.  Once you have access to multiple accounts you will see which account you are currently working and an option to switch. Click on Switch to see available accounts.



Select another Mailmodo account and click on switch to seamlessly to enter it.


Please Note : An account will be shown in the options to switch only after you have accepted the invite by clicking the invitation link and logging into that account. If you have already done this, it might be possible that the access has been revoked.

Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can have access to?

Currently, there is no limit on the number of Mailmodo accounts you can be a member of and have access to. However, while adding a member in Mailmodo the respective plan limit is applicable.
